What are backup participants?
Backup participants are pre-screened and ready to step in if a primary participant drops out or no-shows. Basic plans include 1 backup per project; Growth plans include 2.
What happens if a payment fails?
We provide a 7-day grace period for failed payments. If not resolved, your account will move to the Pay As You Go tier automatically.
How are participant incentives handled?
You fund your incentive wallet via bank transfer or card. Roma Intelligence then automates payouts upon session completion.
Do you offer refunds?
Unused incentive balances can be refunded to your source account within 5-7 business days.
