Participant incentives
Incentives are billed separately and passed 100% to participants. We handle the distribution and receipts for your accounting.

Can I change plans at any time?

What are backup participants?
expand_moreBackup participants are pre-screened and ready to step in if a primary participant drops out or no-shows. Basic plans include 1 backup per project; Growth plans include 2.
What happens if a payment fails?
expand_moreWe provide a 7-day grace period for failed payments. If not resolved, your account will move to the Pay As You Go tier automatically to prevent research interruption.
How are participant incentives handled?
expand_moreYou fund your incentive wallet via bank transfer or card. Roma Intelligence then automates the payout to participants via bank transfer or mobile money upon successful session completion.
Do you offer refunds?
expand_moreUnused incentive balances can be refunded to your source account within 5-7 business days. Subscription fees are non-refundable but can be credited for future months.
